This is my ultimate fave!

So quick and simple!

Beat with plain rice or Toast bread

Ingredients:

1KG mussels (cleaned and removed beard)
5gloves of garlic sliced
1tbsp Butter
1tbsp olive oil
1medium onion
Ginger
Salt &Pepper
Chicken cubes (optional)
Parsley or Basil for garnish

And Enjoy!!

You don't need to salt those mussels because they already contain so much salt in their flesh and liquid in the shell.
