It's harder to keep a tidy home when your other half is untidy

Thank you for #10. So many channels don't account for kids with honesty, and it can promote unrealistic expectations. Thanks for keeping it real - and attainable.

I’m a clean freak; however having fibromyalgia has made me reassess everything. My husband and I are empty nesters so our house stays clean. We have no clutter and everything has a place. Thank you for always bringing us great vlogs.

I'm cleanish-tidy -- a senior with lots of health issues. There are days when I have little or no energy. Some days I'll be busy tidying, and my body quits on me. The "little at a time" cleaning works for me. Thanks for the tips! 👍❤️

Definitely agree with all these tips! I find the following works for me:

- Always make my bed, and pick things that don't belong in my room before I head downstairs in the morning
- Always clean the kitchen in the morning, and never leave dishes in the sink after cooking, or before sleeping.
- Do laundry weekly, so it doesn't build up.
- Never leave things in rooms where it doesn't belong.

That way I can do a deeper clean once a week with vacuuming, dusting, washrooms, sheets, etc - stuff you don't do on the daily. Doesn't take long though!

I have an 11 month old who take a sippy at bedtime and 1 in the early morning 6-7. Every evening a bring a small basket up with his sippy cups and anything I may need threw the night and every morning I wake up grab my basket put anything that needs to go down stairs in it and bring it down. Snacks, cups, sippy cups, ect. Makes pick up in the morning so much easier!

I fall into the tidy category too. Decluttering definitely helped me and so did investing in the right tools, such as a steam mop to make my life easier. I used to just do one big clean once a week, but I now do a little every day after work and it is definitely a better way

Great video! As always 😘
Actually I feel like being a “clean” person and being a “tidy” person are different. I think that being tidy means you pick up and put stuff away and you generally make your house look “neat and tidy” or make your house look “clean”, but if it’s not something you or other people can see then you don’t really bother to clean it often or at all. But I think being a clean person means that you clean all areas whether you or other people can see it/notice it or not. But I feel like Being “clean” or “tidy” is definitely a spectrum, though, and you are the first person I have heard say that!! Thanks for the great video! You always get me so motivated to clean and organize!
