Again!!! For those that live in the states at least. Panasonic has produced the best oled tv for the second year running. And in 2016 released the best led TV with the 902. Yes the Z9 is a lovely tv, and so is the ks9500 but neither were as accurate with picture of colour, both may have been brighter but not by much. Last year all manufactures put out good sets, but if you are talking about the processing, and picture technology side of things both panasonic and Sony are the dudes. They have so much experience within the movie industry that you would expect nothing else. And just to show this, I will reaffirm what avforums has said about panasonic colour management system. I am able to see my tvs colour table (dx802) on my tablet through the panasonic remote app. what this means is that I was able to calibrate my tvs colour space for both sd/HD content and HDR content sperately. Now this isn't the best way to calibrate your tv, and I used avforums white balance calibrations before hand, but it is big leap and advantage of just using the basic controls. My only gripe with panasonic is their quality control can suck a bit.

Accurate colour, fantastic processing. = reference picture.
it's the Panasonic ez or Sony a1. enthusiasts should not look else where.

why is this tv so expensive in the UK?? The price on the Australian panasonic website is cheap by a considerable margin !
65 inch EZ1000 model is priced at AUS$8899 ! Uk's 6999 price tag equals to 12k+ AUS $ !

Your reviews are detailed, and that's wonderful! However, the lack of a rating and distillation of all of the analysis to a "Recommended" or "Highly Recommended" badge is very unsatisfactory. This method also provides no method of proper comparison between TVs. Could you add a short slide of the ratings of each individual aspect, i.e. sound, picture, etc and an overall rating too?

Nobody carries these TV's anyway. I couldn't find anyone that had them in stock.I searched Panasonic's website but they don't have a feature to find a dealer.

With panasonic's processing they don't need dolby vision.

Rumour has it your particular EZ1000 set was cherry picked - can you deny or confirm this?

In any case, cherry picked or not judging by your measurements and analysis this is probably the most accurate consumer display ever made and thus the best TV on the consumer market. Would love a detailed head 2 head between this and the A1 + LG 7 series OLED.
