this is the best thing ever because it's so abstract it works for everyone, it's like the basics of the basics, it's not a tip or a tutorial, it's simply a mindset to help everyone move forward, thank you clarkson

186cm and 78kgs. I can do muscleup, handstand, pike pushup and single leg front lever. Aiming to get good handstand, handstand pushup on chest to wall and straddle front lever in 4 months since I turn 19.. and goal for end of year handstand press, handstand pushup freestanding and full front lever comfortably

"of course fucking not!" had me in tears!🤣 I'm not tall, but I found this content to be very helpful and accurate, mostly because I have a degree in physics and you are absolutely correct, it's all about leverage, and also creating and manipulating moment arm/torque.

182 cm (6 feet), I can do Muscle ups, advanced tuck Front lever and tuck planche. I aim for a full front lever by the end of 2025. Thanks for the tip in this video. I will start my journey to find my own perfect form today

great message, as a tall athlete, I completely agree

189cm tall. When I was at the most consistent, I was doing advanced tucked planche and front lever. Right now, I'm just training to build up my volume in the basics. But one day, I dream of the front lever and full planche....

192cm/87kg, top form was at 82kg with a decent flag hold and an okay planche, led to wrist/shoulder pain, currently training to build up the strength again after recovery 😅

I agree the taller you are the harder it is to achieve lever skills, but probably it's not as much harder as you believe, otherwise almost any dwarf should be able to hold a planche with little training and that is not the case.

184 cm tall. I guess the hardest skill I can do is almost a no dip muscle up. Back lever is fairly easy. Currently learning HSPU but kicking up to a handstand is still inconsistent. Not interested in FL or planche.

201cm here and 83kg.. One arm front lever (ok form), straddle planche supinated on floor, some presses and push ups bad form on the halflay planche position, wide front lever pull ups, iron cross.. This only was achieavable because I simply didn't rush things and never try to copy any "gnome" style of workout tips (athletes tend to be ~165m) its almost 40cm difference from my height, and I have even bigger limbs, my wingspan is 210cm, imagine a iron cross with that hahahaha

I`m 173 cm and my bodyweight is nearly 80kg +/- 1kg. In my opinion, I´m already in the heavyweight when it comes to calisthenics skill training. I have very long Arms and a long upper body for my height. I mastered already the Full Planche, Planche Presses, Front Lever, Handstand Push Ups etc. Im working right now on One Arm Handstand (PR 8 seconds), Front Lever Touch and Pull Ups and Planche push ups. I´m working out since April 2020 - almost 5 Years. You can Follow my Progress on my Channel. =) BTW very good Channel and real talk content!
