i recently watch an interview of PRX pre copenhagen. and from that interview, i think i have a pretty good idea why PRX doesn't really drop off in term of form even without an IGL. in that indonesian interview, Mindfreak told us that all 5 of PRX calls and does mid rounding, as it is hard for Benkai to do it every single time. before jingg came, the difficulty they had was because Shiba (ex PRX) is not vocal during matches and rarely does any calls. the team requires everyone to be active. i think now that Benkai seems to have been Benched, it doesn't really affect PRX calls as they have always been a team that doesn't rely solely on IGL calls. and something seems to also be quite vocal, making him a perfect fit to PRX. tho Benkai i think still help alecks with the strats

Reyna's eye just allows PRX to just flood into sight so easily as well, i'm so torn between them NRG, Liquid and Fnatic

I think another thing to highlight is that Mindfreak is returning to his peak form. Forsaken showing how much of a flexible player he is by playing initiator role and still fragging like mad.

Thoroughly enjoyed the analysis, well done. I really enjoyed watching PRX this season and especially after the acquisition of Something . PRX's style is too entertaining to watch and I'll be rooting for them in the Pacific Finals and Masters Tokyo. PRX may not be the tournament's favorite, but they sure are one of if not the most entertaining team to watch .

watching this video as masters tokyo concluded with fnatic as champions, , the predictions for the tournament was spot on!! prx fell short to fnatic and went through the lower bracket, but lost to EG 2-3 in the lower bracket finals, ending in 3rd like you said!! despite falling short off the grand finals, they were phenomenal with cgrs stepping in for something :D enjoyed watching this analysis 😊

Reynas problem is that despite having extremely powerful abilities (dismiss), you’re required to kill first to use it, so unlike Jett dash or chamber tp you HAVE to win the duel to be able to get out clean

however something is the one person you could consistently win aim 1v1s so it works out for him

I love the video! it was very informative. One thing i noticed tho is that there are some cuts in the narration audio that are a little awkward, so it sounds like they’re either pauses or cut together

One thing I am worried for PRX is that in Tokyo they will be facing teams that have all round cracked players

Fnc looked like they just hit another peak. Loud still looks really solid. Nrg is starting to return back to their form. Drx is still a fundamentally strong team.

Dominating DRX didn’t qualify them for Tokyo, they were already qualified. They qualified for the VCT pacific finals though if that’s what you meant to say

DRX did indeed destroy TS on bind but why show the split game lol

Honestly I just love PRX on how they’re the only t1 team who actively uses the 6th player

The team looked better having mindfreak wake up and finally dropping positive kda instead of single digit kills in like the first 6 weeks, looking more like his copenhagen form. I would say it is probably due to him getting more in sync with the team. In contrary of what was mentioned in the video (the role shifting during the regular season "helped" them bring out the most in the team), I would say having PRX finally finalizing the core 5 players was definitely the best option for them.

Wouldn't call this an upset. Both team are the top 2 team in pacific.

2:08 is not bind, thats split. DRX haddent played bind this year. until the PRX rematch. (my guess is you recorded the vid then in editing realised the mistake and didn't fix the mistake.)
