Can we also use Expo CLI? Because when I use React Native CLI, I cannot scan to run the application on my mobile telephone.

i got error like this while trying to run-windows

fatal error C1083: Can
not open include file: No such file or directory [D:\Work\up\node_modules\rea

Bro, Can you any video on creating a native module using C# and integrating it on the RNW app, Thanks in advance! I have tried and gone through the documentation still need some explanation on how to add the native modules into the app.
