On September 13, 2024 I started the Carnivore Diet. Today is November 25, 2025 and I went from 500lbs down to 430lbs. That's 70lbs in just a short period of time. It's the only way that I knew how to avoid all the crap that is in our food.

I would not have voted for him as president. I am very excited that he will be in authority in the FDA!

2:58 “How come the Sour Patch Kid company continues to put in all the dyes that are proven to disrupt our children’s bodies?”

Because the research connecting the harmful effects of these dyes hasn’t become prolific enough yet in our society, and it’s considerably cheaper for companies to source synthetic dyes vs natural dyes. Companies aren’t going to make the switch until they are pressed hard enough to do so. RFK is hopefully the catalyst to this finally happening.

Processed sugar refers to sugar that has been refined or extracted from its natural source, such as sugarcane, sugar beets, or corn, to produce a concentrated and purified form. Unlike natural sugars found in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, and dairy, processed sugar is often stripped of nutrients during refining.

Common Types of Processed Sugar:
White Sugar (Granulated Sugar): The most common form of processed sugar, made by refining raw sugarcane or sugar beets.
Brown Sugar: White sugar mixed with molasses for color and flavor.
Powdered (Confectioner's) Sugar: Finely ground white sugar mixed with a small amount of starch to prevent clumping.
High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS): A liquid sweetener derived from corn, used in many processed foods and drinks.
Liquid Sugars: Includes syrups like cane syrup, corn syrup, and agave syrup.
Where It's Found:
Processed sugar is commonly added to:

Soft drinks
Candy
Baked goods
Condiments (like ketchup and barbecue sauce)
Breakfast cereals
Snacks
Health Considerations:
Excessive consumption of processed sugar is linked to health issues such as:

Weight gain and obesity
Increased risk of type 2 diabetes
Heart disease
Dental cavities
Reducing intake of processed sugar can improve overall health and reduce the risk of chronic conditions. Opting for whole, minimally processed foods and natural sweeteners (like honey or maple syrup, used in moderation) can be a healthier alternative.

My kids behave so well compared to most. We don’t load up on wheat, sugars, dyes processed bullshit. We spend a lot more time washing dishes and cooking. Time well spent, I used to spend it drinking in the garage!

Hey my brother 🙂 so to your point about food laws being different in other countries I remember watching a video a few years ago this doctor put out and she said that over in Germany people eat brat wurst, Weiner schnitzel and drink beer and barely gain any weight but if you do that in America you because the difference is sugar

I was on the fence about voting. I liked RFK's ideas, but felt like it was a waste to vote for an independent. Once he teamed up with Trump, I couldn't wait to get to the polls.

I think a more consistent Christian and theonomic solution to this is free market based. Although these could a case for prosecuting the people who do this on the basis of poisoning the population, which is in line with God's Law. But to add a bunch of regulations, I don't know if that's the best way forward. I'm open to hearing a case, though. Blessings Jeff and Apologia guys!

I do not understand these things. I don't know enough about it. But it doesn't seem to affect me that I am aware of. We should have the freedom to choose what we eat. Not the government telling us what to eat. Self-control, and moderation. Two main things.
