Let me get this straight: the NC governor is telling NC residents that taxpayers in other states as well as NC residents who pay federal tax will pay for their Medicare expansion and that that somehow makes it "free"? As a MO resident, allow me to express disdain at your elected official's desire to tax me for the benefit of YOUR "free" Healthcare, something I haven't been able to afford since Obamacare added a government layer of bureaucracy to the price of "healthcare". Get government out of Healthcare altogether!

Louisiana did the Medicaid expansion. The costs have sky rocketed and taxes went way up. The state was poor before. Now it is even worse.
