Tips for people who struggle with reading. I have dyslexia and for me it’s hard to visually focus while reading. For any reason if you need to or just want to try to use an audio book has you journal. Make sure you pick the same version so the words are the same. ❤

I liked everything you said. My problem is that I am brand new to Bible journaling. Your video was awesome, but too fast for me. I’m going to have to go back several times to rewatch it so I can catch everything you said. ❤

I also found that if I put the book I am studying into the Bible app I will find several plans teaching on it that I can add to my notes. And if you ask YouTube for teachings on that book, it too will pull up teachings that you can take notes on. Thrift stores often carry bibles and some bibles come in paper back if you are struggling financially to purchase a new bible.

What great advice! I wanted to get an interleaved bible, but can only get it in ESV or NKJ version. I assumed I would like the ESV, but took your advice and checked into some ESV version verses. I absolutely prefer NIV so I will just get a NIV version with journaling margins.

I am brand new to the Bible. I have only ever been to church a few times as a child. I participated in awanis. I loved it but only went because a friend was going.

I just began Bible studying a month ago, I love the technique I use now. I still struggle with understanding some of the books though and that really bothers me. I'm currently reading Isaiah in the NIV version and it's difficult for me to understand what's going on. I don't like that I have to use my phone to figure it out.
