F1 2020 was peak and 2021 was a good follow up

F1 games are still made by codemasters. EA just brought them to stick their logo on the game

everything was peak the soundtrack the engine sound (same as 2020 but they fixed a bug where you could basically not hear the ers whining) the ai was relatively consistent only a bit op on fast corners but still balanced handling felt a bit weird they basically reduced traction from 2020 and made kerbs deadlier but i believe it was certainly a step forward but 22 and 24 just ruined the handling completely the practice rework was also good but i felt like you were basically forced to use the quick practice because the programmes being randomized was a bit annoying especially for controller players like the tyre wear programme being in almost every weekend was a pain in the a** and ever since then 22 and onwards the practice programmes are extremely difficult to beat for no reason even if you destroy the ai the programmes are stupidly hard anyway 2021 was pretty good only thing i never touched was the story mode cause i constantly forgot to do so might try it again but the game was massive (55 gb or something COMPRESSED) so it's going to take a while to download again
