Apple pie baked beans

Apple pie smoked beans
(This serves 40-50)
2 large cans of Bush’s bbq baked beans
2 large chopped white onion
2 chopped red and green bell peppers
1/3 cup of your favorite barbecue rub
1/4 cup apple juice
2 lbs of bacon that I smoked ahead
2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced
2 cans of apple pie filling that I chop up in the can and toss in.
Smoke it (275) for four hours. It’s a massive crowd pleaser.
