WZL straight hole drum coupling

Design features
Shaft hole form: The inner hole of the coupling is a smooth cylindrical hole, usually connected to the transmission shaft by keyway + set screw or interference fit.
Installation method: The shaft and the coupling are fixed by flat key or expansion sleeve, and the axial positioning depends on the retaining ring or bolt locking.

Functional features
Suitable for fixed transmission ratio: simple structure, suitable for occasions with high centering accuracy and stable torque transmission.
Easy to adjust: The axial position can be adjusted through the keyway, but the ability to compensate for angular deviation is weak.
Load capacity: Depends on keyway or interference fit, suitable for medium torque.

Typical application
Crane drum: suitable for light to medium load and well-centered drum transmission.
Conveyor, metallurgical equipment: used in occasions where frequent adjustment of shaft spacing is not required.
