The Automatic Die Cutting and Hot Stamping Machine TL780 is designed for the techniques of hot stamping, die cutting, convex pressing and creasing, etc., and is suitable for paper, cardboard, plastic film and so on. It can finish feeding, cutting and creasing, separating the collection work cycle automatically.
The machine consists of four parts: main engine, hot stamping, automatic feeder and electrical equipment. The main transmission of the engine is made by an eccentric shaft that moves the pattern up and down and, combined with the pressure adjustment system, they are responsible for carrying out the tape application works by hot stamping as well as cutting and creasing jobs. The electrical parts are comprised of main motor control, feeder and collection control, ribbon feeder control and so on.
The entire machine is controlled by a microprocessor.
The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system.
