Under main types of testing you list

Functional Testing
Non-functional Testing
Manual Testing
Automated Testing
System Testing

I'm of the opinion that both Manual and Automated Testing should be removed from that list. Instead, Manual and Automated Testing should be options listed __under__ the remaining categories (Functional, Non-functional and System Testing). I mean, if I'm performing a Functional test, then it's either going to be a manual test or automated test. The same goes for a System test -- if I'm performing a System test, then it's either going to be a manual test or automated test.
