In this 4th episode of Growing for Life we look at preparing a raised bed for sowing seeds and then sowing the actual seeds. Our bed utilities a no dig system so we put a layer of compost on top and then sow the seeds into that.

Apologies for the poor sound quality during the video, had some technical problems.

Hi, you mentioned a bit about watering the beds. Do you water the beds or there is enough moisture for seeds? I was wondering, as my parents always have said, not to ''push'' ground up (to plant on ground level) because, then you dont need to water seeds and plants. Of your knowledge, is that true or you just are using different method?
