Great video, I agree with everything you said about Tomorrow x3, that was my favourite of the year alongside The Paper Palace and Cleopatra and Frankenstein.

Cloud Cuckoo Land has been sitting on my tbr cart since it came out. This convinced me I need to get to it next year!

There were so many books on here that I had never heard of, so I'll definitely have to check them out!

I loved this list. It reminded me of all the books I haven't gotten to. The Last House and The Lost Apothecary were my favorites but not in that order. Have a Happy NewYear!

I love these videos and I’m really happy to see you had 20 new favourites, Beth - I had 12 😅 I definitely fell in love with historical fiction this year and always thought I wouldn’t be interested in it but I LOVED Hester by Laurie Lico Albanese ❤ I have now added Little and Cloud Cuckoo Land to my tbr for 2023 😊 and definitely agree with you about Only A Monster - I can’t wait for the sequel 🎁📚

I think it´s interesting how people can agree on some things and have completely different opinions on others. For example Circe I also thought absolutely brilliant. The Innocent Traitor I despised, though it was extremely clumsy and very clichéd. Some of the other books on this list I have on my TBR so we shall see if our tastes align again :D
