- Discussions with Dept. Heads Budgets, including most recent expenditure report

o COVID cares monies – ideas
 HVAC systems – Sr Ctr & Library
 Update on Ruggles Generator
 New growth estimate for FY2022
 Senior Ctr numbers – Town of Hardwick cost(use of ctr)/ revenues
coming in from Town of Hardwick to Barre
 Sr Ctr – State Grant monies – Where is it allocatted
 Levy Sheet Estimates and Budgets ( $’s and where does total
budget fall

- Jean – discussion of latest reports from Jean
- DPW Stabilization Fund – need approval from DPW, needs to be
done at Town Meeting: 2/3 vote to establish Fund, Majority vote to
put the money from the articles into the Fund: 2/3 vote to remove
for appropriation (to use)
