Send emails from Google Sheets with Gmail - automatically NoCode

Tutorial on how to send automated emails using Gmail and Google Sheets templates using Integromat (Make). All you need is a contact list, Google Sheets, Gmail, and Make (Integromat).

You can set up multiple email templates inside of Google Sheets and use these as content for your emails. As you add emails to your email or contact list in Google Sheets, these additional rows will be recognized by Integromat and will trigger automation that will send them an email with the content matching the template you have selected.

These emails are being sent out using easy to set up Gmail module inside Integromat. No need for any external software such as Mailchimp or Hubspot. The email will arrive from your own Gmail account. Another alternative not shown in this video is using Microsoft Office 365 Email Integromat Module to send emails.

This feature is also sometimes known as mail merge and could be set up alternatively using Google API. Integromat however offers you a simple no-code way how to access this feature.

Great tutorial, thanks! This will really help with my overseas RFQs. I'm having a couple of issues though,

The first is the format of the body. I'm sending a mail with spacing between texts, as well as bullet points (written manually in my Sheets), but when I run it, I receive the email as a flat text, using space instead of enter between paragraphs. Where and how can I edit this to better match my manual format?

The second issue is my signature, and it's pretty much the same as the last point, adding only that in my signature I use more formatting (colors, underlining, bold, etc...) and pictures (arranged specifically to match some text titles). Is it possible to edit this to make it look like my manual format?
