He hasn't played football in a year. There was always going to be some rust, especially in a tough week 1 matchup against one of the best teams in the league. He showed some flashes of the old Aaron Rodgers and made some amazing throws. Give it a few weeks and he'll be back in form. The question isn't will he play well, its will he stay healthy?

I will always trust Aaron’s ability to spin it over anyone in the league. Comes out in an effortless manner!
Season is over the Jets, but Rodgers isn’t the problem from a playing perspective, the team is just poorly coached in all areas. Constant penalties, constant fumbles, constant special teams issues which lost them 3-4 games by missed kicks.

Bro Week 1 was a weird one where like half the QBs threw for less than 200 yards. Rodgers, Burrow, Herbert, Lawrence, Murray, Cousins were all surprising. Daniel Jones and Deshaun Watson predictably floundered. Caleb Williams and Bo Nix of course had some growing pains, and Jordan Love got hurt. With the exception of a couple guys listed, I'd give these guys the benefit of the doubt before these offenses find their groove

People need to realize Rodgers didn’t even have chances to do anything when the niners had 32min of offense by running 24/7 and jets had like 17. So don’t comment if you don’t understand how football works. Too many haters who just hate and nothing else
