The minifigs barely fit inside the windshields. But they fit. I saw the box for the newest one and passed because it looked like Batman's arms extended outside the canopy with the angle they used for the display. I might get this. It's obvious how many improvements have been made thanks to the Speed Champions line.

The new one is better but the old one has better figures. Having both is a win-win though 😁
