Hey the Realme M1 Sonic electric toothbrush charges with all the wireless chargers. I have tested on some of them. No need a proprietary one!

They might have added wireless charging to make it waterproof i guess!

Do not buy Realme M1 sonic toothbrush. Induction charger does not work exactly after 1 year. It was good when it works but once stops you have no other option but to throw and buy a new one. The first thing to fail in induction based toothbrush charger is the induction coil and you cant charge the batteries. no support from the customer care team. Learnt this hard way. :(
