Yes it does do that , and that is when the hard work begins . One from the outside looking in might think it is easy to acquire that lnner Silence that makes the Power go from Binah to Hochmah but in the carrying out of the task one learns otherwise , it is hard hard to break the habit of a lifetime and gather the Power to silence the mind .

Before i watch the video my take to slow down aging is to not to continue in sin (braking the commandments continually.) Proverbs 3:1-6 says, "My son, forget not my law; But let thine heart keep my commandments: For length of days, and long life, And peace, shall they add to thee". Proverbs 19:16 says, "Keep God's laws and you will live longer"

High truth! Think kind thoughts of yourself and all others, speak kind words to yourself and others, and do good deeds for yourself and others is half of the long life recipe. The second half is to live a holistic lifestyle and do nothing that hurts yourself and others. The 3 part is learning to love yourself unconditionally, surrendering your ego/willpower to your Spirit, and tuning into your intuition. 🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋.
