Opening Ceremony of the Public Management Development Program (PMDP) - Local Government Executives and Managers Class (LGEMC) Batch 15 of the Center for Governance - Local Governance and Development Office.

LGEMC is a comprehensive training program that aims to strengthen the capabilities of local government functionaries so that they may excel in their roles and performance of mandated functions, be more adaptive and agile in a changing and disruptive environment, and promote good practices and innovations for a sustained and more effective delivery of public services at the local government level.

Cited in Chapter 14 of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2023-2028 as one of the learning and development programs that supports the development of public servants’ competence, motivation, agility, and resilience.
