Hi Seth, in regards to letter writing campaigns for exclusively vacant land, how do you go about segmenting your list in order to send out various different offers? In other words, once the houses are scrubbed from the list and you are left with just land, how do you decide how much to offer each person in the letter? Do you send everyone with 5 acres of less a certain amount...and then everyone with 5-10 acres a certain amount etc or do you segment it based on assessed or market value? I'm just trying to figure out a quick way to do this because if you have 1000 people to send letters to it would take a long time to individually analyse each one in detail.

I've heard about Click2Mail from many different sources and it indeed sounds fantastic! Especially when you factor in the cost of doing it on your own, not to mention the time it takes!

Now my question to you is whether or not you have fully tested a hand written yellow letter campaign yet? If so, have you had success with it or have you found postcards to be just as effective?
