For people who still think that smoking weed is a viable alternative to drinking, that it's a harmless substance let this horrific accident sink in. Don't smoke weed and drive. How would you like to go through life KNOWING YOU KILLED A LITTLE TODDLER? My heart sank when I heard that the poor mom is recovering in the hospital with multiple broken bones .... broken heart will not heal.

Depending on what judge he gets, she will sympathize with the family. Legal system needs to have their priorities straightened out. Period. Quit giving these people a smile and see you later. Make them take responsibility for their actions. Because obviously the parents never did.
