The equations resulting from the application of KCL at both nodes are correct, solving them result in the correct answer, which is 9, 25/_ -162, 12 (A).

But there are two problems in the first KCL eqn but still good way of teaching the method

I didn't understand how in first equation is 4Vb and ist'n 6Vb.
