Thank You, Thank You, Thank You, I now have dozens of screen shots plus I can view the film again and again. The only thing I was unsure of was the beginning and end of the gcode. You were going back and forth on the screen but I may have it. My son and his family arrive in the morning so I can’t jump right on it. But for sure I will be on the spare free time.
Yes this product sounds good and am anxious to get it setup.
And I really appreciate you taking the time to make this so detailed video.
Thanks again ❤

Just found your channel and you got yourself a subscriber. Good info on generic setup. I've just started trying alternate slicers on my Anet AM8 after Cura started making users jump through hoops. Using superslicer the fork from PrusaSlicer and I've got to say I'm impressed. A few hiccups from unfamiliarity but liking the quality and options.

Sir, at 3:45 you end up with 4 printers in the bottom listbox under the Physical Printer sub section of that listbox. If i do the same as you instruct up to this point in the vid mine ends up under the User Presets section of that same list box, what am I missing. Thks in advance.

I found this on the Prusa Forum. This might be easier for both of us.

RE: Copy friend’s configuration of Prusa to my Maker select Plus
There are a couple of ways.
He can export a configuration bundle from his setup. That will save every non system standard print, filament and printer on his system into a bundle. Then you can use the import config bundle option to load it onto my other system you want and get them all. This method is the best for also making backups.

The limitation on this method is that it stores all the non standard ones. If you just want a subset then the easiest is to just save a normal project, that has a single print, filament and printer saved as part of it. Just use a basic cube or something. Then when you open the project on a different machine you can manually use the save option next to the profile you want to save. So if you want to save the printer only then just save that one.
The bundle is the easiest option though.

How do you determine where the "home" position is for the extruder?
