Enjoy the Video? A huge shout out to Tom and the team from Daiwa for the insights. Many more to come. If its not obvious, the channel is trying some new things with the filming and Vlogging and blending with the edits. Let me know what you think!??!

I know this is probably something you don't monitor for comments anymore, but I just wanted to thank you for helping get me to where I am now with my lure fishing. Until your channel I just seemed to buy and fail as I couldn't work it all out from rods to lines to leaders to lures. Knowing that I have the right equipment to go try my lures is priceless. I bought the 712lfs and it is unbelievable, such a joy to use. I have gone on such a learning curve with the help of your content on lures and I am now just enjoying the different seasons and the challenges and am at the stage where I wonder how big the bream will be when I go out. Thank you. You have made an incredible difference.

Hehe got ya🤝 enjoyed this one a lot fella. Loved the cutaways and also cheeky tommy giving a bit of a say on the rods. Keen to see the other bits and bobs use filmed that day

Hi Byron, my name is Sarina. I'm 15 and using my dad's account to enter your competition. I'm not an expert but I love fishing with dad on his boat and I'm keen to win this competition so I can have a better fishing rod than he does!

Your enthusiasm is infectious Byron. Another great vid and enjoyed the cut aways to Slats - helps provide context between the review element and the designers intentions 👌 the Infeet range is pretty extensive to be fair, but for me a 7'3 / 7'4, 2-5kg, short butt, cork grips, faster taper, lower end power for pulling shell munching donkeys out of structure - and for the love of God a hook keeper above the reel seat. I don't ask for much. Hahaha.

Your enthusiasm is infectious @Byron! I’d like to see a more premium reel seat in the infest series. I know it’s a personal thing but I associate cork with high end rods, so a bit of bling like that would go down well!

Hi Byron, Ioved the start, had me smiling and really keen for the rest of the clip, the moving camera, location changes etc worked well I thought 🙌. I'm really excited by the look of this rod, I throw a lot of light soft plastics, and while I've got some nice rods I still haven't found the one I'm really confident with. If I was after another infeet model, it'd be a 6'8 or 6'9 2-5 kg I could use as my kayak/bass/rack rod something with some meat down low, but supple enough to throw surface or plastics and small skirted jigs.. cheers mate, top stuff! 🤞🤞🤞

I am 17 and have just started fishing, I am using this really whippy rod and it would be amazing to get a rod like that. Thanks for the videos.

Gday Byron I am a kid who absolutely loves fishing and I have fell in love with the Infeet range. I specifically love the 732 ULFS because blades and soft plastics are my favorite types of lures. I also find the grip of the 732 ULFS amazing. I also really like the new Infeet SK I think the grip is amazing because I find the Millerods type grip really amazing.I would be super happy if I won that rod I would either pair it with a the new Infeet reel or a Vanford. Great video mate see you in the next one.

The infeet series look really nice and seem great to use from the few times I’ve picked one up. Would love a rod over the 8 ft mark for fishing flats and fishing land based making it easier to get a much longer cast then a 7’4 rod. Another awesome video and great review byron.

Thanks for including us younger folks, a cool feature that would be nice in the infeet range would be the skeleton grip, they look cool and slick.

Personally, for bream, I'm a land-based fisho and what i would like to see from Diawa in the infeet range is some shorter rods, these would be much easier for me to maneuver especially as i climb under jetties or boat sheds, or cast/drop down on ridiculous structure to get on top of the fish to drift my plastics, crabs or mussels down into the strike zone. I find this type of fishing much more exciting than boating as getting to the spot is just as much of a challenge as landing the fish is. the rods would be from about 5.10 to 6.2 to allow the lure to not hang too far from the structure. just my personal opinion though

Hey Byron bit late to the party every time I watch one of your videos I want to go by the takel shop I would like to see more rods like the the 732 ulfs because you said it’s universal as a young kid rods can get expensive so if you can get it all in one it save u a lot of money maybe a bit stiffer for flattys and brim thx Xavier

It's great to see you evolve, adapt and enable the up and coming generation of fishos to be involved in your content Byron! I wish I had access to content like yours when I was growing up!
I recently bought and absolutely love the Infeet Z 732 LFS, it is by far the BEST light rod I have ever used! I have only used it from my Hobie but can't wait to use it land based down through the NSW south coast estuaries.
I know the pillow talk I am now going to have to have with the wife is, "babe the 712 LFS is even better than the 732 LFS, you know the satisfaction that has brought me, I am happy to clean the bathrooms for the next 6 months if I can put the 712 into my quiver!"
What I also believe would be an absolute gold marketing decision by Daiwa (and other well known companies) is; offer customers subscription services that give them opportunties for product testing days and includes discounts on their products. Not only would it bring revenue to the company but create a whole new interest in fishing.

Love the video Byron, and i love love the infeet range. I bought the infeet 702 rod based on your review over a year ago and its been so much fun to use as an all rounder. I just picked up the 752 LFS model and 610 LFS(for the kayak) last week and cant wait to use them both. I'd love a few more varieties below 7 foot for kayak fishing. Looking forward to more videos from you with Daiwa gear as I love they way they brand and have developed the infeet range

Great review Byron !

Geez I’m going to have to get one of those 712LFS, looks mint for twitching jerk baits.
I Love the 20 infeet range, like you I would love to see some specific shorter rods for kayak fishing in the range, something in that 6.6 or 6.8 length.

I just want to say thanks for your videos. They helped me greatly choosing my new set up. I went with a diawa revelry fc in a standard 2500 with the new 22 Td zero 722ULXS. Absolutely loving it. Cheers. 👌

Hey Byron, I just turned 17 and I’ve been watching your videos for a while. I love fishing with my dad, catching fish on lures in Sydney Harbour. I’d like to enter your competition so I can have a rod that’s better than dad’s! An Infeet Z would be awesome!😊😊😊
