rest more, bench less weight for more reps, not to failure but 2-3 rpe, progressive overload on that while doing accessory work on triceps. when you see you're stronger, start heavy benching again, 1-3 reps per set.

Start doing dead benches. Go to a power rack and set the pins 3 inches above you. On each rep do a full deadstop. Brace and explode on every rep. This will blow up your bench because it will get you very strong at the bottom of the movement which will provide you more momentum to get past your sticking points.

You will be weaker guaranteed on this since you have no elastic tension from a normal rep.
