Mate you should go for the G2, am a LG employee and got both samples to use, G2 has much more specifications than mentioned in this video and all of them are awesome, also the G2 fits in your hand better than the G Pro

The UI is almost a cross between Windows on a desktop PC and Android with the way it handles multitasking...pretty ingenious. Hopefully they still also have the old school multitasking wherein you long press the home key (or another key) and you can see all apps running in the background.

I've always been a fan of Samsung, and I had my heart set on the soon-to-be-announced (in Sept) Note 3, but I may be picking this phone instead!

Seriously I'm liking this device... Tons of useful software than Touchwiz IMO... Would love if there is a option for recent app at the navbar and change the 3 finger to a ALT+Tab instead of multitasking... I won't keep so much stuff in my background anyway since I got the pop up multitask features... Keep it up LG !!

The phone is equipped with awesome software features. Hope that Samsung does the same for note 2 users.

long press home is just recent apps. It's not truly multitasking. This feature freezes the app in the background and you will be able to return to the app in that exact state. Many apps will just close after awhile of idling in the background so this feature prevents that and introduces true background multitasking.

Q Slide is ingenious and will be VERY useful...but 'slide aside' is useless. You can just set one of the soft keys on long press to bring up recent apps, and switch tasks from there like we've done since android 4.0. Furthermore, they should add a 4th navigation soft key on the bottom for "recents" like any other smartphone with 4.0+ (I actually have 5 on my G-Nex). If that isn't possible I'm sure there will eventually be plenty of custom ROMs which will add that functionality and much more.

I like the G2 and will likely get it, but what is the point of slide aside in all honesty? That's what the multitasking button is for you know?

I don't understand the advantages of the 3 finger slide feature.... cant we just long press the home button to access recently opened apps and then do multitasking... what new is this 3 finger slide feature bringing us....????

great device! but whats with the three finger slide? i hold down the home button on my S3 and it does the same. all my open apps

Nice phone alot of the features seems very useful. I think lg is headed in the right. Direction and will make noise with this device
