You might have to Pick up a Wrench, a multimeter, power drill, a tape measure, reciprocating saw, or circular saw etc and learn a Trade.
Trades aint going nowhere..Actually There is a Shortage of Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC techs and Carpenters.

Pooja, great video and thanks for sharing. How are you using your phone as a mic for the video?

question - the estimation phase, I saw you mentioning how a particular feature will take a couple of weeks, so how do engineers come up with that estimation? is that primarily experienced based?

Please I want to ask you a Question. What language did you start with or what language did you use to gain employment

If something can make you theoretically better, it can't make you worse 'untheoretically'. And according to which theory and what part of the theory: formulas, laws, or the force as in the THEORY of gravitation ?

I think the short term concern is less that current LLMs are going to take senior & mid level developer jobs and more that a large number of the entry level developer jobs are going to go away. And, of course, all of this is premised on current capabilities; but current capabilities are not the same as capabilities 6 months from now, 1 year from now, etc..

This was very in-depth. Thank you for the explanation. Question, which coding language is more essential to learn first for a student that will eventually specialize in embedded systems such as microchips and microcontrollers? I am torn between C, C++. Am I on the right track, or is there another language that you would recommend?

This is probably one of the best explanations on what software engineers do!

I'm scared that I may not pick this up. Watching your video and realizing this is very difficult. Can course career put me on the path? I have no experience whatsoever.

I recently returned to college for a software engineering degree after limited success in healthcare. I love the analytical thinking and problem-solving in this field and did extremely well in my first semester.

Given the competitive job market for entry-level software engineers, should I try to gain experience in adjacent tech fields (like analyst, web development, IT) or focus solely on pursuing software development roles directly?

I wish my stories were like: change field type to "phone" 😂😂

Whats the diffece between a software engineer and a software developer? Is it just what people decide to call it? xD

I guess everything is worth it when one enjoys what one is doing, right? Otherwise, why work for it? What kind of computer language are you teaching? Does the AI OSes use the same computer language and or does one have to learn a whole new computer language like helloAI and such and such. Cool digitak content, by the way, I’ll be tuned in from time to time! 😺👩‍💻🥰⭐️💎

Yes, it's still worth it if you side hustle and build useful products for the mainstream businesses and not rely on big fat paychecks from those overly invested startups.
