I love that in one of the video's (one of the AITA, episodes i think), Shayne said that if he were to propose to someone it would be during a hike, and then when they released the pics, it showed him on one knee proposing to Courtney while on a hike. My brain went immediately to "He's speaking from his own experience."

My favorite moment between them is during a try not to laugh when Shane doesn’t even come out from behind the like costume rack, he just throws a fake seagull over and starts singing a song and Courtney immediately looses. Romantic or not that inside joke is absolutely my favorite moment between them.
