LILIKA LOEN-HIDING IN A REMOTE VILLAGE

This interview was taken by Konstantina Arseni, a student of Protolykeio of Elassona. The woman, Lilika Koen, a Jew of Larissa, was 6 years old when she and her family were hidden in a barn in a village in the mountains, while Germans were transporting all the Jews of Larissa to the camps. She describes life in the village Petrinos and her gratitude for the villagers who saved them. She also refrers to her relatives who were lost during tha war and her life in Larissa after the war.
