I just got approved for the custom cash. 10 days after getting the double cash. The double cash did not have a sign up bonus. Because Custom cash did. Mine is $1, 500 in 6 months. Pretty doable.

You just walked into a citi branch and said you would like to apply for the card?

Wow, that IS the flimsiest card I've ever seen. I'd like to apply in person for the extra 1100 clams, but the closest branch is about 400 miles away.
The biggest pain in the butt with Citi is they claim they don't code merchants in anyway, so there's no way to know in advance whether or not Walmart would qualify as "grocery store", which would be a large factor in me deciding to apply. MOST credit card companies do NOT code Walmart as grocery. The only one of my cards that does, is from Pentagon Federal Credit Union (PenFed). Unfortunately, PenFed is not 1-1 on their rewards.

So ur credit line its the same as your credit score?

Did you end up getting a Citi checking or savings ? I am trying to avoid going to in branch because I know they’re going to sell me their products and services. Also, can you redeem the cash bank to an external checking bank account instead?

Are the #'s for your card flat or embossed (raised)?
