Thanks. That's definitely worth a stop for the day. Looks like it would take several hrs to see everything. Lots of history there. Great tour. 😊👍

Thank you for posting this....I watch ever thing to do with flight. My grandfather vividly remembered the first time he heard real people - his father and other farmers at the mill- talking about aeroplanes... he also watched men land on the moon. My father remembered the first time, as a toddler, he saw a plane in flight, as a 6yo he listened to Charles Lindberg's Paris landing on a crystal radio set. At 20, he was training as a pilot while at Clemson College in 1940, enlisting in early in 1942..and served as a pilot in WWII. My brother served as an aircraft mechanic during our non-war in Vietnam and spent many hours in the air. I recieved my private pilot's license at 26 and loved every minute I was aloft! So...no, your video wasn't too long....it was a JOY! Thanks again! Love to fur balls! Journey mercies!

I appreciate all your vidieos. This was not to long at all. I also enjoyed your other video you did about this, it was shorter. I liked the fast pictures getting more to see. You have a vast knowledge to talk about and share. You shared last time how huge this is and now this time inside and out is so massive, i'm sure in person it's unbelievable, and more will be added, ensuring future exploring.

I have wanted to come up there to see this museum since you gave us the first short tour of it. It was cool to see all the presidential planes. Are you saying that they weren't "Air Force One" until Kennedy? You forgot another reason to come to Dayton. They have one of the most awesome thrift stores around.

Wow. I had no idea. That museum is soo cool. I would have to spend a few days just in the museum. And the wright brothers too. So much plane, jet, and space stuff there in dayton. So very cool and time worthy.
Thank you so much sharing this with us all. Very much appreciated.

Hey Mr. W. Dano! As soon as I saw your Thumbnail, a massive wave of Nostalgia came over me. You probably don't remember, but I was an Air Force Brat who was Born at WPAFB. We were soon transferred to Europe and traveled extensively. My Dad finally retired in Denver, CO, but because of Sad Family Matters, we wound up back in Fairborn, OH. (where WPAFB actually is...the big joke used to be, "Where the Hell is Fairborn?" LOL!) I actually Graduated High School in my Home Town after 11 Schools in 12 Years! ANYWAY!...That Museum was my Dad's Favorite Place to take Anyone who was Visiting. I can't tell you how Proud he was of that place and how many times I had to go there! LOL! Thanks for the Memories! Cheers! Thumbs Up!

I love Air Force stuff.  It's hard to choose which one is my  favorite airplane, but for sure the Blackbird is among them.  Thanks for sharing, Dano!

Dayton has the big Hamfest. Whats that... its where many amateur radio operators meet up, talk about old times, radio and ham gear swap meet. A whole lot of fun. There are other little Hamfest all through out the country, but Dayton is a big one with at least a 30-50+ year history.
