Never get tired of your content. Anxiety is an important subject for so many these days, so thanks.

Thank you so much for this. Not gonna trauma-dump but videos like this really help in moments where it's helpful to hear words like "you're safe, you're here not (there), you are going to be okay." It's very kind of you to help people you've never met, to navigate safely out of a harrowing experience that's both very vulnerable/private, but not uncommon. Thank you for helping others heal. You have a wonderful aura and soothing voice

This is a gift of a video. I've had numerous panic attacks and even though a part of me can rationalise during one, that I've had them before and the chances of it being something else are slim, there's still the irrational panicking side that can't do that.

I hadn't thought of putting my hand on my diaphragm before to actually check my breathing, but when I felt a woozy moment coming on a while ago I did check it, turned out I was basically 90% exhaling and barely inhaling. It's no wonder I've got problems lmao.

I flipped my car today. I don’t think I’ve ever been so scared in my life, and it really started to sink in how lucky I was just to be alive, especially with how little I had been hurt. But the whole thing took its toll on me right before I got into bed. I’m watching this as I type and I just want to thank you for helping. I truly appreciate all the work you put in.

I struggle with panic attacks a lot. I now know how to handle them, but they will always be scary and unpleasant. So thank you for this video, I only watched and listened to the beginning but it was already really comfortable💕

Wow, the slow, even pace of your speaking in this video is magical. I’m not currently having a panic attack, but I struggle with anxiety, and this brought my anxiety level down several notches in just the first minute.

I've had one panic attack in my life, about 15 years ago just before I got on a flight from UK to USA. I had a bad experience on a flight a couple of months before and the memories just came flooding back to me after I had cleared security and was on my way to the gate. Could have used something like this to calm me.

I had a panic attack for the first time a few weeks ago, it's an unexplainable experience. Ever since I've been dealing with anxiety attacks and it is NO BUENO! Your timing is amazing!

Thank you Charlette, I suffer from anxiety since 2014. I can't go to places where there are a lot of people otherwise I have panic attacks, my mom says I'm overreacting. No one understands me, I have no friends and the few I had told me to get lost, I can't have a normal job. When I'm at the Coffee Shop every morning I look at the TV but I have look away because my eyes start to burn (I already went to the Ophthalmologist and my new glasses should be ready tomorrow). Wish you all the best.

I've been getting pangs of anxiety right before bed and while I'm familiar with breathing exercises it helps to have guidance. Bonus if it's from a super relaxing voice! Thank you for making this, it's helped me unwind enough to sleep. 🙏

Thanks a lot for this video, I have anxiety problems daily. They make me short breathed and make my head/chest hurt as well as cause concentration problems. I have struggled with this a long time and it's quite depressing sometimes but this video has helped me a little so thanks :)

Having a bad day. Glad to see this pop up. It is truly helpful. Also, I always get to see something more beautiful than I can articulate with words. You are so so lovely. You're the reason poets write. To be able to see such a beautiful person in England from here in extremely rural America is quite a privelege. What an amazing woman you are :)
