TPD is reliable to plus or minus 0.5 length. On the flat in a close finish its not reliable. Its a good tool to use as part of your overall in play arsenal though.

I was collecting data from TPD and the data was incorrect - I found the same issues you found where data didn't match the actual race - was pretty close but not accurate which is the whole point

I found it to be very poor and decided to not use it anymore

I use TPD Bet Mover, and you're absolutely right, you do need stable and fast internet. If you haven't got that, it's no wonder you have not had the best experience. I can see in the video your internet is choppy. The error with the map view you mention with horses finishing in the wrong position, that is annoying, and they are aware of that, but the map view is more for aesthetics and not for making precise decisions. It should be precise I agree, but the metrics are what it is mainly about. I'm sure you know that already though as you use the video stream instead, and you seem to have spent a lot of time on it already. They have since fixed the map finishing position glitch I've seen from my recent usage. There will always be the occasional blip though, as they could lose contact with one of the two GPS trackers fitted to each horse. They take every precaution to try to minimize that happening, as I've been to the track and seen them fit these trackers, but these things will inevitably occur sometimes as they are horses running around a track, and often jumping fences, so there is always an element of the trackers can go wrong. Looking at the way you're using the platform laying horses at very high prices, going for the back on the very low odds as they steam in (been there done that, and it's not a good idea), or flicking between your own ladder software, you're not utilizing the metrics to help make your choices. This is the data produced by the trackers, so you're definitely not getting the most from Bet Mover. Have you tried using your personal skills, or luck like you say, combined with the metrics provided? I'm certain they will help add to your decisions, and you can stop just aiming for the tail end of the back or lay market. Looking at your screen I can't see any actual horse running data other than exchange / standard betting type info. The metrics are what it is all about really. I personally do need to delve deeper into demonstrating how the metrics can be used in my own videos. I've only just restarted recording my betting activity using a fixed stake laying approach with Bet Mover, and primarily use the VF combined with the fast betting and some other stats, it's very useful to make the quick decisions required in running. VF is not available on any other platform, and for jump racing specifically it's vital in my decision making. This video you put up here though, I have to say mate, your video title is click bait, and content is a bit all over the place, just being honest as I've been guilty of this myself at times in my own videos, but you're flicking to the ladder, going on to football at the end, and giving some examples of you using Bet Mover to just place bets, while not actually using it properly. With the title, Why I No Longer Use Bet Mover, I was expecting a deep dive into the issues or money you may have lost due to the software's performance, things that had let you down with it costing you money, but there is none of that. Just you making some general bad betting decisions using it, but not really using it properly in any way to fully explore what it's all about. Why don't we have a chat, not on YouTube, and come up with a full Bet Mover run through of what it is, its good points that no other platform provides, and the bits we don't like that could use improvement. You seem to have a decent following here of people commenting, more than me to be fair, so my idea is to give them the real information on what Bet Mover and TPD data actually provides in one or more You Tube videos. I'm happy to join up and do that with you, as we can share it with our followers. A structured usual objective approach. I have often reported bugs with BM in my video's, and shown errors, as I initially helped feedback glitches to them, but fairs fairs if you're going to put a heading why you don't use TPD, I think that needs to be justified. Get in touch and lets have a chat, and hopefully we can team up on some constructive new structured and specific content. As the platform itself and concept must have originally attracted you so some reason, not just for the fast in play betting, so I'd really be interested to know what sparked your interest. As we could possibly get back to that, and feedback to TPD our ideas. We could actually help the devs in the end with our content, and at the very least give a clear picture of our own betting experience using the actual data the platform is set up to deliver. The good stuff, and the could be better aspects. Just an idea if you're up to for it, no worries if not obvs. Sorry for the long message, but I had a bit to write after watching your video. Cheers, Ryan.

You are correct sadly. A 2m race went off today. The winner according to tpd was 3.8m ahead at the finish line, but horse nr 2 won. Not funny.

If you think you can bet in-running using the feed from Betfair, think again. You don't stand a chance. 'Live' pics are not live and the courtsiders will be at least a couple of secs ahead of you. You need to learn a lot more about in-running but then again trying different methods out is no bad thing if you can bear the losses...Have fun....you have a long rocky road ahead...
