I have had that "oh you must be 6'5" or 6'6" because I'm 6'3" and you're way taller than me. Per the measurement at my doctor's office i am 6'2 3/4" and the person telling me this is 5'10" at best.

I'm 184 cm (basically 6'1'') and for me I find the height in a women perfect around 175 cm. I had a friend/crush that was that tall and she always stood on tiptoes to hug me and it was the nicest feeling ever. I had an ex that was 160 cm or shorter, like 155 cm (around 5ft) and especially at the beggining I felt a little weird, because I had to look down to her like a child and I noticed how much stronger I was than her, even though she did Thai boxing and swimming for many years and was in top physical condition, while I never did sports, I was still way stronger than her).

Working in construction early made me always have a tape measure in the door of my truck (if not closer). So, I've had a few instances of coworkers/friends telling me, "You must be taller cuz I'm 6'2" and you're more than an inch taller than me, " then being sad to learn they're (at best) 6'

I genuinely don't know how tall I am.

My doctors have all measured to be 6ft. My dad is 5'9" and I'm taller than him. People that are taller than me claim they're exactly 6ft making me think that I'm not.

I'm just so confused. All I know is that I exist somewhere between 5'10" to 6'1". I've been gaslit by everyone around me into being uncertain of how tall I actually am.

I'm 5'9, 5'10 after a chirppractor visit. I think its just because there's so much height shaming in current society. But since I'm into asians and latina women, and just men in general, it never results in me getting shamed for something I cannot control
