I always love watching people react to this series and being amazed at miss julia having the coolest head in all of Cates Crossing.
I also love how fast Julia becomes Ride or Die for Jess, She's like "Ok guess we're finding some kidnappers and avenging some ghost kids!"

The reason kids are able to see spirits more than grown people can is because they don't disbelieve. If grown people see a shadow they choose to make it logical, if children see it they take it as it is. They indeed see things they aren't there sometimes, but because they don't make up reasons to make everything logical spirits will need less time and power to prove they are there

You know what is strange is when Jess was talking about Kates death I said “these kids were sex traffic and that is why they can’t remember because of being drugged and why Kate has so many hands that hurt her” so crazy I was right.
