We were raised on dandelions but we lived in the country where there weren't pesticides. Cooked dandelions with bacon is like spinach. Raw dandelions in a tossed salad. My grandmother would even can dandelion flowers. Never knew what she did with them.

I was raised eating dandelion greens. It's kind of like cooked spinach or turnip greens. Very good!! We also eat burdocks in the spring, when the leaves and stems are young and tender. Yummy!!!😊

Dandelion beer, dandelion wine oh my it’s so good. Dandelion is extremely healthy for us. Cancer fighter. Kidney health is gained by drinking dandelion tea. Oh man is it ever good for you.
