I'm sure that you SHOULD NOT apply termal paste to your memory chips, and other components. It should be used only for GPU/CPU. For memory chips there is another thing, although I don't remember how it will be in English.

You shouldn't be using normal thermal paste on your VRAM it should be thermal putty like K5 Pro or thermal pads

On the CPU and GPU cores I suggest applying Honeywell PTM7950 phase-change material, and on the vrams apply thermal putty Upsiren UX Pro Ultra and finally on the CPU and GPU do undervolting at -100mV or more if it will be stable, disable or reduce the frequency of the CPU in turbo boost, because for most games high clocking is unnecessary. It will be more fps, quieter, cooler and less power will be drawn from the wall socket.

Do not use ceramic glue for laptops, especially when you have a habit of playing games regularly for several hours a day. I used the same glue for my ROG laptop, it was fine at first, but after only a month, the heat dissipation performance decreased rapidly, the laptop was even hotter than before. I cleaned the laptop again and carefully checked it a second time, and the same thing still happens. You should use Carbon and Silicon glue, although their heat dissipation performance is a bit worse, but they are more durable and safer.
