Coming from a soccer and sprinting background I’m struggling to maintain a high cadence without turning my easy runs into tempo (based on hr) any tips to get out of that rut or should I just start training easy runs from scratch at high cadence lower HR

Note to everyone: if you've been a heel striker for a long time like me. It takes a LONG time for your calves to adapt. So get some strength training in. It's worth it! I have no more knee or hip joint pain after fixing my strike.
