Read and Play The Rhythms: ta ti ti (no note heads)

This video will provide some reading and performing of rhythmic patterns containing only ta and ti ti (crotchets and quavers, Quarter and eighth notes). It seems like an easy task to read these rhythms, but it is not as easy as it looks. The drum patterns occurring during the video do give you a nice steady pulse, but they also provide a distraction. The students will actually be performing their part against a different rhythm - PART WORK!
This clip gives you the notation without note heads.
I find these most useful on days when I need some extra help, when my voice is tired or when the students are too distracted because they will always focus on, and love a video!
