My observations & opinions about South Africa: I had a very enjoyable stay in South Africa. Friendly people, good weather, safe, affordable, beautiful landscapes modern infrastructure, luxurious accommodations, convenient services, and lots of things to do and see for entertainment. Most enjoyable African country I have been to!!!

The Real South Africa, my perpective.
Not all South Africa is the same. There’s the good and the bad, as in every country. Not all the regions, cities, and towns are the same. But overall I think it’s a great country and I hope to come back soon!

Hey Antoinette, it was lovely meeting you. Me and Gill loved the few days we spent together in Durban. Safe travels and get home safely. Your summary of South Africa is very very very good. It’s exactly how we would summarise our time in SA too. You were very honest with each point….. absolutely spot on. I would say to your subscribers don’t be put off by the safety aspect. As you said you can be very safe here, but always listen to the locals advice. Let’s hope you inspire more people from the diaspora to visit SA. As you said this country has everything. Great video! I must say I feel safer here than back in Atlanta, or America in general, because of the high level of security. I moved here last June and have zero regrets! Much luck on your search.

99.9% of us black South Africans do not want to immigrate anywhere. We are perfectly fine here and are willing to fight for a country we all feel we deserve. We stayed throughout apartheid and we will stay throughout the current challenges. Next time try talking to South African born black folks. 99% of Uber drivers in South Africa are foreigners from nearby countries. They decided to come here and bad mouth our country, instead of fighting their corrupt governments. Since they arrived in SA, crime statistics have gone up significantly. Anyway hope you find a lovely place to live ☺️☺️☺️

Antoinette. You have been a great ambassador for Black Americans in SA . Your claim to this continent outweighs many others who reside here but dont like like it and it's people. I have watched almost all your videos and can almost count on your return someday. You know Cape Town, Joburg and Durban but you still dont know the majority of the country. As a South African, I would say try our SADEC Neighbours like Botswana or Namibian those are our cousins and definitely safer especially Botswana, however the infrastructure here is way ahead in all our Big Cities, but you can always visit us since you'll be closer🎊
