I am new and I would like to know how I know that I have completed the mission? (for example, to get 30 T1 auxiliary) once I have them, will the mission already completed in the missions menu come out?

If I'm not mistaken, I have to complete the entire quest line to be able to unlock the ability to construct her in the build section, or would I be able to get construct her even though I'm not done with the quest line?
