Apologies on the date error at 3:35, meant to say “2021” 🤗

I wasn't expecting to get emotional watching this, but all those feelings from 2020 came back. And to think about what we went through and got through.

I have followed you through the pandemic. Although I have never been to Disneyland I have been to Walt Disney World over 60 times. We have all been brought together because of our love for Disney! I cried through this whole vlog!!😭 Thank you for doing this!

OMG hearing all the horns honking in the parkade on opening day gave me all the feels but seeing Binky near the beginning of the vlog really got me in the heart...<3 <3 <3

Had just retired after 40 years at the end of 2019...your Home Vlogs were so important to make me smile (or cry). You are both special kind people. Thank you!

This made me tear up. I don’t think we’ll ever forget how terrible we felt during the beginning of the shutdowns. All the uncertainty and fear.

But I’ll say your videos were one of my brightest spots during it all. You gave me something to look forward to every day. I’m a stay at home mama, so I was used to being home but not like that…and the four walls didn’t feel as small knowing I had you all to keep me company every day. I’m so thankful for you both and continue to be thankful even as we’ve come out on the other side! 💖

I didn't expect to get so emotional, Disney to me is so much more than a large castle and long lines. Disney to me is about love, happiness and laughter, also about being brave no matter the situation and living your best life. Beautiful video awesome job hugs to you both.💜

"Home is Where the Vlog is" was the absolute best during the shut down. Something refreshing and fun when nothing else was going on. You two deserve an Emmy!

Tears flowing as I watch your journey through this. We were going through it with you. My son & I will finally be back in 12 days visiting from Hawaii. Our last family visit was Sept 2019. We've been going once or twice a year since my son was 2, he's now 30! I will for sure be ugly crying when we step through the gates! For us each year it is joyful and then sad to leave, but we always had the parks in our hearts and knew we'd be back. But when it shut down, it was devastating. We knew this pandemic was really bad when Disneyland shut down. Hoping to finally meet you both this trip. Thank you for being a bright light for us through it all. ✨️ You truly helped us get through. Much Aloha ❤️from 🌺 Kathy & Ridge

You were and still are a wonderful example of love and care for others.. that's what I like most about you. Thanks for helping us try to stay sane in an extremely crazy time in history!! God bless you both!! 💖❤💖❤

I have to admit I almost didn't watch this one. After over a year of being scared and depressed I have finally returned to my normal and I was worried that this would send me back. Katie and Spencer I really want to thank you for being a light when it was dark. Thanks to all the people that I met in the chat that I look forward to "seeing" in the lives. I can't wait to make my own homecoming to my happy place.

Lots of emotions watching this... I remember being there on closing day and thinking "it's just two weeks, we'll be back soon" . Great reminder of all that we've overcome in the last two years. And grateful that things are starting to feel normal again. Thank you guys for all you do! You guys are amazing 🤍

I had rediscovered Disneyland in 2018 after a family trip and we decided to then get passes soon after. We went up until Feb. 2020. We finally went back to Disneyland this past March and it was an emotional day since it was also my birthday, as I had wanted to go on my birthday in March 2020. I am so glad to be back going to Disney again, our next trip is coming up soon.

Now as of yesterday I heard that they even have said we're no longer in a pandemic. I can't even express how happy this makes me. It was a tough 2 years. Disneyland is my happy place and I missed it terribly, I spent a good portion of my childhood there so thanks to my parents I can be nostalgic for the place. I don't think I'll ever take Disneyland for granted ever again as long as I live. Thank you for blogging about Disneyland, it has kept me sane even on the worst days this past year. I've been subbed for about three years now and eagerly anticipate videos about the new things and the goings on in the park. 😁

This video had me in tears, I was there when downtown Disney opened, I was there when DCA partially opened, there the weekend when the park reopened although not a Cali resident so couldn’t go in the park. As soon as the park reopened to non Californian’s I was waiting to make my reservation and cried so hard the moment I walked thru those gates again. So glad things are back to normal and spent my 40th there and we be back for Halloween. The magic is back!!

I'm so glad you included a clip of Binky in the Home Is Where the Vlog Is scene. She was a major part of this entire journey through the pandemic.

I’m actually in tears watching this video as you guys keep me going during my deepest depression of the lockdown. You guys might never read this comment but I need you to know how lucky 🍀 I’m to have your channel in my life.

A giant virtual hug to you Spencer and Katie. This vlog really hit home. I actually lost my wife and best friend of 25 years in April of 2020. Processing that and the pandemic at the same time was a tall order to say the least. This channel along with so many of your friends channels really uplifted me during those times, with lovely messages of hope and gratefulness . Thank you so much for all you do!
