He was brilliant.
After seeing this movie I realized that this story and Fury road are about the Garden of Eden. -> First scene in Furiosa is her younger self plucking fruit from a tree in the green place.
It looked like paradise. -> In Fury Road, Furiosa learns the green place was destroyed but the movie ends with them conquering the Citadel to bring back the garden of eden in the wasteland.

Comparing the movies. Fury road had its moments but Furiosa was a fucking true mad max flick.

whats clever you can see dementus trying to manipulate furiosa when he's talking to her at first theres the good treatment he gives furiosa such as good accommodations and clean water but theres also how he tries to trick her into telling him the green places location by saying he'll take her back by mentioning he'd just have follow the tracks even though he knows they'll probably be covered up by now
