Ive learned so much from your channel. i have a question. I have had lots of problems with my upper implants. I chose to just get the top done. Ive had two sets of temporary uppers. My question is when they screw into the implant with the tiny screw are they supposed to tighten front to back or back to front or kittycorner. I have gone back so many times and there is always an issue with too much pressure on the front or hanging down so far in the back i gag. Its the assistant who screws in the teeth. Should i ask them to screw them ina specific order? I get my permanent in 5 weeks and i want to make sure they put them in the right way. Can i ask for the doctor to do it? Is this something the assistants usually do. I wanted to make sure before i do the bottoms that i like the tops. Im still deciding about getting the bottoms done. I have 8 bottom front teeth that are good but no molars on the bottom. Maybe i should just get one tooth molar implant and be done. Again I have enjoyed your channel so much. You really explain thing so well that i can understand. Thanks in advance.

I've had a complete upper denture for a number of years now, with a partial in the low jaw. Now aged 50, it is time to remove the last of my bottom front teeth. The last 5 in my case that is now a bad shape. Like many, I keep looking into the all on four systems. Both in the UK and overseas. I worry that when I have the last of my bottom teeth removed I will be unable to eat having both full upper and lower dentures. The amount of Poligrip I use now is unreal.

i have severe chronical neutropenia, with a severe case of periodontitis, doctors in my country said, they cant do anything with it, because the bone itself is hollow, and bone graft not gonna work because of the neutropenia, that my body gonna reject it ... do you think there is any solution? im losing my whole mouth .. its sad and im young

Hello 👋, thanks for very educational videos, also English is not my mother language ( I learn it by myself so sorry for mistakes hope that you can understand what I’m asking). So I have 3 implants, 2 of them are fine and in good condition but the third one( on the oder side) is having infection with pus and everything and we are trying to cure it, the dentist hopes that infection will not come back in years to come ( we will see next year ), I just want to know, what are the options later on, if implantat does not work, reimplementation or bridge, is it possible to have perimplantitis ( no bone anymore, if that happened ), than have a “ new bone” and new implant at the some place, because I’m not sure that I want a bridge on that place. Surgery was a nightmare. 1 day post and Im swollen and in great pain. You can't pull teeth and shove these implants on top of the extacted area.. I wish i had not have done it. 😢

I'm curious if I got 6 upper full sized implants and 4 lower full size implants for a snap denture. Can those later be used for an all on 4? I only say full size because that is what it says on my detailed bill.

How about function over form? You don't answer my queries, about the 'not full replacement of teeth- you end up with 20 teeth instead of 32! You can't chew...
