1.5 New Moc 9 (10 cycles) - Honkai Star Rail

Aw, so embarrassing, I always think we will get 12 floor this reset. After doing some research, it look like we will get 12 floor in 1.6.
But well, with this Moc, it already shows us how tough it is, many character will not able show up anymore.
