It's a sensible futuristic concept phone but durability and sturdiness is the determinate factor if it can be a practical phone. Another thing is that how thick is the phone body in it unroll state? If it's too thick it might feel too big and clunky in the unroll state or close form. 👍

I think this is useless. Make it roll horizontally so that the phone transforms into a tablet when needed

It's a cool concept, but a Razr is better. The Razr is smaller closed than this is rolled up, and it can be flipped open 10x faster than this phone can roll its screen out.

Unfortunately putting motors in the phone so that it can unroll and roll back up also makes the phone thicker.

The downside is while playing games in landscape mode it would be hard to hold

It's cool but it's just not practical considering that the flips exist, maybe with time it will evolve into its own thing but for now when it comes to portability and ability to become smaller the flip does a better job.
